- Use with our 3-in-1 exfoliating spatula with the "Clean" mode to perform an ultrasonic peel according to the instructions in the treatment protocols. Moisten the skin with the lotion, use the spatula for 5 minutes on the affected areas. Rinse your skin with a clean cotton pad soaked in lotion. Dry your skin.
