Work on the upper lashes first, holding the brush horizontally near the root, then move up from the base of the lashes to the tips, in a stretching motion. Focus on the outer part to enlarge the eye and in the center for a more open look. If the brush is too full, remove the excess with a tissue, especially not at the edge of the tube.
