In daily cleaning
Wet the palms of your hands and then pour a teaspoon of powder. Massage into your face. Rinse with clean water.

As a mask - 1 to 2 times/week
Pour a tablespoon of powder into a small bowl and add water (or organic camellia oil). Apply to your face using a brush. Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse with clean water.
